We will be building seven twin
hull residential liners, with penthouses, luxury estates and elegant residences,
including six deck levels of vacationing resorts on each. We will be
offering a selection of the suites, cabins, staterooms and villas to persons, or
entities for the purpose of owning and operating these units as businesses.
We have a great selection of sizes, locations and owner ship programs available.
With our plans for seven residential vessels, this provides for long term,
scaleable businesses in our program. Being new, the estimated life cycle
of each vessel, is approximately 90 to 100 years, but 150 years of giving a
lasting term of active service is easily obtainable due to the design and
maintenance characteristics we have built in. We have also developed a
contingency plan for each of our liners when ready for retirement from the seas.
Providing exclusive services to your
clientele can enhance what you want to deliver to your clients. With all of our
inclusive features, conveniences, options, and choices this can be easily
achieved. Although our itineraries will be on a two week schedule, You
have the option of offering one week rental or three weeks or five weeks,
whatever meets your goals.
With our unique choices in
shared owner ships you have many options of where to operate a venture.
Destinations in The Caribbean, Hawaii, The Mediterranean, South Pacific, Canada,
The United States, Europe, South America, and many other places, or all of the
places we will be traveling to.
If you are familiar with timeshare
or time share, our fractional ownership extends this type of shared owning to a
month or more. This allows us to provide our properties to our partners
for use in different global locations. Share owning and enjoy the future
potential. Everyone knows cruises are profitable, and we are providing an
