Operating regionally can be accomplished in a couple of different ways.

You can
buy a cabin, suite, stateroom, vacation home. estate, or residence and
use the property for personal uses most of the year, then rent cruises
in the region or regions you are not using the resort property or living
onboard. This type of ownership is a good offset if you are
looking to retire, and want to spend your retirement living in a couple
different places.

Owner
partner ships begin at annual two
week intervals and go up to as many weeks or months as you want. You can
buy a single cabin, stateroom, suite, residence, or estate, on a mutual
or shared owner ship basis and choose the regional area you want to provide
cruises and vacations. You can choose the east or west coast of
the United States or Canada, the Caribbean, Mediterranean, or just
Hawaii. The options of destinations to run or start businesses, is
only limited to where we travel.

You can
purchase a group of staterooms, suites, vacation homes, cabins, estates,
or residences, and operate a venture in one region of the many
regions of the world. Our fractional ownership, gives our
businesses the opportunity to pick how long in the year they wish to
offer their services for a specific area.
There
are many other opportunities on how you can be partner owners, with our various
choices of ownerships. The potential, and income potential, is up to you.

cost to acquire any of our resort properties is listed in our prices.
We show pricing based on double occupancy and our minimum of two weeks.
Each of the suites, staterooms, cabins, residences, estates, or
vacationing homes, are inclusive of a kitchenette or kitchen. There
are properties available with one bedroom to three or four bedrooms for family, and a
matching number of bathrooms depending on the size. Places from 200
sq ft to 3,730 sq ft. Small accommodations for singles, couples, or
a small family, to larger accommodations the size of apartments or condos for
couples or families that want more room to live, relax, and enjoy life as they
travel.
Our
twin hull luxury ocean liner complexes are designed for the
ultimate in safety, security, quality, privacy, comfort and convenience. You
can sell quality vacations that are catered to a specific lifestyle, and develop
cruising packages that are designed around a style of life.
Deck
plans for every level of our resorts are divided into four sections.
Portside - fore and portside - aft or starboard side - fore, and starboard
side - aft, of the twin hulls.
