unique from any vantage. Coupled with your luxurious surroundings, and
technologically enhanced ocean residence, you will be in the position to

Aft of the
bridge, there are a few properties with terraces on both ends for the owner to
enjoy central garden view, or outdoor scenery on your endless voyage. Most
of the international residences for sale on this level are oceanfront, and will
give owners endless picturesque vistas. Every property has our exclusive
oceanview system, to give you water front views of wherever we are, or travel in
the world.
Residences in
this area vary in size from 1,250 sq ft to the largest at 4,640 square feet.
Choices of one to four bedrooms or more depending on how many persons will be
living onboard, or staying as guests with you. There is a kitchen in each
of our luxury liner accommodations, complete with designer appliances. All
property will be completely furnished, and outfitted with top of the line
products. Maintenance is inclusive in the price. There are no property taxes and
no condo fees.
Business
services, our offshore bank for your investments, financial, and off shore
banking needs, Cruise Resort Club administration, and our environment research
center are located in between the bridge and private residence areas. The
pool deck provides access to the water front observation terraces, port side and
starboard aft.

homes for sale on either the port side hull or starboard side hull. Two
hulls for double the comfort compared to a single hulled ship.

Islands, Hawaii, California, Caribbean islands, the Bahamas, Florida, Trans
Atlantic cruises to the Mediterranean, and all the amazing places in between.

available in fractional ownership from annual 1/13 ownerships and up, scaleable
