All penthouses are on the top two decks. Every Penthouse has its own
plunge pool. Distinctive estate dream homes and luxurious oceanfront homes are on the next six
levels. There are elegant and private ocean residences for sale that have
our fractional ownership as an option for owning. Our fractional
ownerships provide choices of retirement living, but with the ultimate
option of being able to choose when and where you retire. You can plan
to retire and live aboard anywhere and everywhere in the world. All
our global properties have an oceanview.
Our resort club also has six decks, and many different ways you can buy and
own a property for personal use or a cruise business. International
vacation home owner ships, vacations, cruises, vacation ownership of
suites, cabins and staterooms. Take a holiday, endless vacations or annual
cruises with your family and friends. There is a wide selection of
oceanfront villas that have a balcony. Owner ship can be from 2 weeks a year
to a month, to as many months as you would like. Our private residence
club has the best options, the finest location, and very diverse
fractionals.

from a few hundred square feet, to thousands of square feet. Each
