We will begin the building of these elegant
Residential / Commercial / Resort, complexes in 2008. Although each of The
Seven Wonders Of The Seas Luxury Liners will aesthetically be identical on
the exterior, the interior of all luxury estates will be distinct from one
another. Each of our elegant homes unique in design, floor plans,
technology, computers, intelligent automation, and visual appearance.
The development of each executive estate will be distinctive, and
detailed to meet the owners vision of a place where they would like to live.

Every residence on this deck includes a waterfront private terrace / balcony, or
a lanai.
A few of the waterfront residences are available with both, and a few are
available with both as an option. The smallest residence is 1,375 Sq
Ft, and the largest of our water front residences on this level, E31P or E31S are 6,380 Sq Ft.
Every home for sale onboard
has a kitchen, and there are a few executive properties for sale that have two
kitchens. One kitchen in the main area, and another on the private
balcony for outdoor entertaining. Choices of one and two bedroom
accommodations to three for four bedroom accommodations for you, your
partner, or family.
Living onboard will be very
comfortable, as the twin hull will minimize discomfort you would find on
ships smaller than 1000 feet, or one with single hulls. Building of each of our twin hull ocean liners
will take approximately 2 Years, with our initial being planned for completion, and our
global maiden voyage 2009. Not designed as a cruise ship,
but being built specifically for quality living aboard, and extended world cruises.
If You are looking to take a cruise or vacation only, we offer minimum two week
cruises and vacations, fractional and vacation ownership, on levels I J M N Q R, or fractional ownership
from 1/13 of a year and up on deck levels F H L & 1/26 on V. This is
perfect for retirement, to retire where the climate is always the best.
Concerned
about the World's future, we focus on the use of renewable alternative energy sources,
sea preservation, environmental protection, and humanitarian efforts wherever possible.
Fore on deck E, is our bridge, environment research center, next to our
offshore business services center. Next to this, is our off shore bank,
for all of your financial and investment transactions while offshore or overseas.

The cost to live and travel
aboard our super liner will be very reasonable. You don't have property taxes to
pay. There are no condo fees to pay, and maintenance is inclusive in the price.
