Residential ocean liner exclusive luxury resorts are for people who love to

different options for avid travelers, particularly for people who love
cruises.
Suites
and staterooms will be available for cruises and vacations from a minimum
two week period up to as long as you need for your vacationing plans. This
program will be available from our business partners, their travel designers
or agents.
Cruise Resort Vacation Clubs have ownership choices where you own the home
or homes in 2 week increments lasting the lifetime of our liners.
These ownerships are similar to owning a timeshare or timeshares,
and known as fractionals, only our accommodations are far more luxurious and
our complex will have many more inclusive features than you would find in
timeshare property. Fractional ownership residences, cabins, suite and
stateroom accommodations, plus a selection of estates are available on
this deck, as well as decks F H L J M N Q R or V if you want to stay aboard for
a month or longer each year.
You can also acquire a property or group of properties with our owner ships, and manage your
own cruising business. Our owner ship partner programs provide diversity in
when and where businesses can be operated. You can buy one fraction or
more of a cabin and rent to clients in one regional area or internationally.
You can buy suites, cabins or staterooms in a group, and even mix the
programs and intervals to operate a global venture. The choice of
buying a complete unit and renting or lease the unit when you are not using
it. Opportunities with endless possibilities.
Extended periods of travel and extended visits to exciting destinations around the
World with endless vacations and cruises, available from a minimum of two
weeks up to a year, for a lifetime, or you can rent from one of the owners,
14 days at a time through one of their designers or agents. Access to our private
and exclusive international properties is another benefit of owning a
property onboard, cruising or vacationing with us.
Every accommodation has
either a kitchen or kitchenette for your convenience. A choice of one
bedroom and bathroom to three bedrooms and bathrooms. A place on the
inside to stay because you are always on an adventure doing something or a
place with a private balcony. Places from 250 square feet to 1,500
square feet. A comfortable cabin, or a spacious apartment or condo.
The benefit of being able
to choose the same destinations annually or choosing a different destination
every year. We will always be traveling where the climate is warm.
All owners, residents, and guests, will be required to be registered in
our layered biometric security system. A simple
process of collecting person specific information to be entered into
our security data banks. This information will then be
compiled for exact identity recognition, and cross referenced by the security
system to grant or deny access to any area of the complex. The
information is also used as an exact identity signature, so there will be no
need to carry cash, debit, or credit cards while aboard one of our luxurious liners.
But you might want to make sure you have these items for everything else
while not on board.
Culinations restaurants are located aft on this level on connoisseurs
corridor. This restaurant area will contain a selection of 12 different
dining establishments offering cuisine choices from around the World. Fine
or casual dining with open seating, reservations can be made from the
comfort of your residence, cabin, suite, or stateroom through intranet
services. Other eateries and restaurant facilities are located
in various areas onboard for your convenience. |
