These are two of the six resorts levels to
choose from, each with a selection of different sized properties. There
are suites, staterooms, cabins, and quarters. Property the
size of a cabin to property the size of a condo or apartment. All
properties include a kitchen or kitchenette depending on the size for
your convenience. We have places with porthole windows but all
accommodations aboard have porthole view systems. Our choices are
extensive, and we have new ways of being able to go cruising, new and
exclusive ways of being able to own your cruises or vacations. |

Cruises in the Caribbean
islands, visits to Caribbean island destinations and other tropical
islands that last for a couple of days or more. This style of cruising
gives you more time to relax and enjoy each island we visit. The choice
of dining at our restaurants onboard, or visiting one of the restaurants at a
destination.
There are places for sale that
have one bedroom and others with two or three bedrooms.
Accommodation choices for singles, couples, or a family. Extremely
luxurious resort
vacation homes with high end custom crafted interiors.
Owner ships are
available on level Q as well. We have different types of fractionals
available to buy. Fractional ownership can provide various lengths of stay
onboard from 14 days or more. Instead of weeks, you can stay aboard for
months every year as well using our residence club options.

Level R, not a residential cruise ship, and residential ocean liners is not a
cruise line. Our twin hull ocean liners, are being purposely built as
commercial, residential, resort complex, for global luxurious living,
cruising, world traveling, or vacationing. Unique in design, superior
in quality, ultimate in luxury, and extensive in technology.
Accommodations are available in owner ship plans, similar to
time share / timeshare ownerships, only on a minimum two week
period, starting at just over $4,500.00 U.S. per week for the life of the
vessel. The best part is, there are no maintenance or condo fees.
You
can take vacations through one of our business partners, their travel
designers or agents, or you can purchase through one of our ownership
programs and get away every year.
There is
also the opportunity to become a business partner. The opportunity to buy a shared interest
in one cabin, suite, stateroom, private residence, or home, to as many as you
want.
