want. This can be done in twenty six different time periods
throughout the year, or can be grouped together up to twenty six periods.
Pricing on owning two weeks for a life time varies depending on the size
of property. Vacation ownership of properties on this deck level start
at around $4,650.00 per week, including maintenance costs.
Fractionals of 1/13 (28 days) start at $18,622.05 and the
maintenance fees are inclusive.
Another way we have developed for people interested in cruise business, is to own
a group of suites or staterooms as an estate, and operate these suites or
staterooms for rental income. Any of our programs are
also available in fractional ownership, where you can operate either
regionally (The Caribbean, Mediterranean, Europe, North / South America,
Hawaii, United States, etc.), or different places around the world at
different times of the year depending on your preference. We are
able to develop and cater a custom program to fit each passenger,
resident, owner, or guest.
