There are six resort levels to
choose from, each with a selection of different sized properties. There
are cabins, suites, staterooms, homes, villas, and quarters, located on port
side, or starboard side of the twin hull superstructure. All
properties are furnished, and include a kitchen or kitchenette depending on the size, and
all have an integrated porthole view system. We have places with balconies,
or terraces, and places with porthole windows. Our options are
extensive, offering new ways of being able to go cruising, and new ways
of being able to own your cruises or vacations for life. |

Cruise Resort Clubs Deck I, present
a magnitude of unique vacationing products. Two week luxurious cruises to
and from locations around the World. Ownerships of vacations and holidays which
is similar to timeshare properties but not timeshares.
Fractional
ownership is available in fractions from 1/26 of a year and up.
Our properties can be used as a vacation residence, or acquired and used as a
live in home if you like. The main difference between this type of purchase
would probably be the size of unit. If you want even more room, we have larger
accommodations on the penthouse, estates, or estate living quarters levels.
Travel around the world, share your leisure time with family and friends.
Vacations will be available directly from our business partners that own property
onboard, or through their travel designers and agents if
you prefer to have someone prepare everything for you.

each individual, or corporation. Our fractional ownership is a perfect way
of owning a place onboard to use every year when you want. You could have
a second home in the Caribbean, California, or Florida, plus thousands of other
places. Share owning a private residence on the seas at a fraction of the cost.

or rental income give you many choices, and great potential. You can
