and when they can provide accommodations. Accommodations onboard for this
type of venture range in size from 200 square feet to 3,730 square feet.
We have a selection of one bedroom cabins and staterooms, two bedroom suites and
staterooms for family or friends, and holiday homes with three bedrooms for
family. Everything from a comfortable cabin, to places the size of an
apartment or condo. There are many that are oceanfront, or water front.
Each holiday home, suite, stateroom, or cabin has a kitchen for convenience and
our exclusive oceanview system.

All maintenance
is looked after, there are many inclusive items, and no maintenance fees.

The cost of
operating will be kept stable well into the future, by our extensive use of
solar power, wind power, and other renewable energy or alternative fuel sources.

We'll have a
complete hospital on board, an entertainment and leisure complex, a shopping
center on the promenade, spas, a grocery store, a convention center, access
to our private escapes, and a host of many other features.

ships are very versatile, and give owner - operators the ability to expand.

If you just
want to own properties on board and have them rented out for you, we have a
10% management fee. We rent the units through our resort club.
The rental income, less costs and our 10% fee, is paid directly to you.
