There are many suites and
staterooms with a private balcony or terrace. The largest family staterooms in this
area are 1,250 sq. ft. with a 350 sq. ft. oceanfront terrace / balcony. A few
that will be developed into two level units making an overall combined
area of 3,200 square feet. The smaller stateroom accommodations are 375
square feet on this deck. There are a number of unique ways to own a
stateroom or suite, starting from two weeks and going up with fractional
ownership, so you can own a holiday home from a few weeks use a year, to months of annual use.
There are time share, time shares, timeshare, timeshares, or other types
of mutual owning programs available, but none can compare to what we will
provide. Our fractional ownership gives you the ultimate in choices
of when and anywhere in the world you can travel.
We are also
offering vacationing property aboard our residential ocean liner luxury resorts to qualified
individuals and corporate entities for cruise business.
Opportunities to own property at our complex as a venture partner, with minimal
operational restrictions, and unparalleled development opportunities to
obtain a mutually beneficial outcome. Our owner ship program for
businesses are diverse and can be tailored to match personal or
corporate goals. Each program is relatively simple, compared to

oceans.

residents and guests are

bundled restaurant decks will provide room service to
all passengers, from penthouse owners, estate owners, to staff, and clients
on holidays, plus provide private chef chartering, and catering to The
Wave. Some of Culinations Restaurant areas are available for lease to
qualified establishments with the ability to service the life of luxury
