This private penthouse residence is 3,500 square feet, with a 500 square foot oceanfront terrace, located port side central on deck level A.  The floor plans of our penthouses can be designed any way you desire, with our open layout design.  The elegant designer doors lead you into this luxurious property with lots of room for family living.  This floorplan has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a comfortable family room, open dining area, utility room, lots of closet space, and a standard gourmet kitchen complete with quality appliances.  The master bedroom and master bathroom are located to provide privacy, and have access to the private oceanview terrace.  The plunge pool on this plan is located in the center between the family room and bedroom 3, but the location can be changed to different places prior to building, depending on what you want.  Other international residences are available in two level units as well, or you can expand a living space by acquiring an additional unit fore, aft or on level B.  The interior design of our luxury homes can be any way you choose that makes it fit best with your life style, and what you want in a place to live.
