How long will it take to build an ocean liner this size ? |

It will take us approximately 24
months from start to finish. We have changed where construction will take place
to accommodate future development. We are currently in negotiations on the new
location of where we will be manufacturing. We will be notifying purchasers in
2008 to confirm the new location and date of when we will be
beginning. |

Building will begin in 2008.
Residential Cruise Liner Corporation, has ordered and supplied Residential Ocean
Liners Inc. with a contract to build seven twin hull vessels. Launch and
delivery of the first of seven in 2009. The first had been originally planned
for November 30 2006, but there were major architectural changes, and major
engineering changes due to power plant modifications. |

Yes, all purchasers are invited
to the keel laying. Purchasers can visit our complex and watch their home being
built. All visitors must be pre registered with our security in order to enter
the complex and view construction. |
