If you would like to
own a property or properties onboard, but would like to have them managed, we
have a 10% management fee.
At our resort, we have everything
from a 200 sq ft cabin with one bedroom and bathroom, to a suite or a stateroom
with two bedrooms and bathrooms, to a family vacation home that has three or
four bedrooms and bathrooms like an apartment or condo, and there are no
maintenance fees. Once you are an owner, the cost is minimal. We have the best
value for your money.
