Cruises aboard a new luxury cruise ship are
fabulous, and an experience no one should miss. The newer, the more
features and amenities are built in as standards, providing one of the best
ways to travel the world.
We have something that is different from
a cruise ship, that provides the best way to travel the world. Our
ocean liners are twin hull superstructures with a deep draft to provide our
residents and guests with the ultimate in comfort while on a holiday, or
living aboard and traveling the seas.
Smaller ships are alright if you don't mind a
small cabin, very few amenities or hotel services, and discomfort if the
weather is not perfect. If a rogue wave hits a ship under 1000 ft in
length and one with only a single hull, your discomfort could be a little more.
We had considered buying smaller ships that
had been retired and converting them into condo residences and suites.
Most of the older ships have been put into retirement, or scrapped, due to
their high cost of operation, and their inability or high expenditure of meeting
current or future safety requirements. We had
considered developing, refurbishing, rebuild, and offer for sale, for lease, rental,
or rent cabins on some of these boats. Generally the retired ships
had been put into retirement for a reason. The number
one reason to retire a ship is the costs of operation, and future costs of
operating or upgrading to meet regulatory requirements.
The possibilities of meeting these and other
intercontinental requirements are possible, however are not cost effective.
By the time we put in everything we wanted to, and offered for sale the
completed units, it would not be a very good buy or investment for anyone. Compare
this to a used boat, or yacht. Would you buy a used vessel, 37 Years
Old, ? (1970) for close to the same price as a new one ? Would you
purchase a fully rebuilt 1969 boat, 1/2 the size, for a similar price tag of a
custom crafted new pleasure cruiser ? Yachts are great as well, but the
same comparison applies, and a newer yacht will have many features that
would not be feasible to put on an old one.

Cruising, vacationing, or living onboard one
of our luxurious liners will be far better than what we had initially
considered. We will have much lower operating expenses due to our
extensive use of alternative fuels and renewable energy supplies.
We will be using combinations of solar power, wind power, and
other forms of alternative energy for propulsion and power onboard.
These will keep our operational, and future operation expenses stable.
This benefits our environment, our owners, and our passengers.
Our luxury vacation homes on this level are
from 250 sq ft, to well over 3,000 sq ft. Resort residence properties
on other decks are from 200 square feet, to 3,730, or more, depending on the
resorts deck level.
Our luxurious liners have unique features and
perfect ways of owning. You can own for personal use, or own for business
use. Fractional ownership from 1/26 of a year (14Days) and up, scaleable to what
you want. Ownerships and programs similar to timeshares or timeshare, but not
timeshare. |
