Holiday programs at our
international luxury resorts are only available in two week periods which can be
increased in increments of 2 weeks, or spread throughout the year, in various
time periods with our cruise ownership. As the building of future
residential liners are completed, You will be able to exchange holiday home
owner ships, for various international or regional itineraries, from the United
States, Canada, the Caribbean, Hawaii, the South Pacific, the Mediterranean, and
everywhere or anywhere in between we sail.
We will also be offering add on / optional, all inclusive packages for residence
owners, their clientele, and guests taking our luxury ocean liner vacations and
cruises. These cruises and vacations, will include food, beverage,
restaurant reservations, air, boat, or ground transportation, personalized
itineraries, plus a host of details designed specifically for each person,
couple, group, or family, and will be available through our business partners
their agents or travel designers.
Suites, staterooms, cabins, and other resort club property can be acquired for
cruising businesses. With our program for owning a cruise business and our
exclusive forms of ownerships to be partners, there are regional,
intercontinental, or global opportunities in the cruising and vacationing
industry.
Golf, scuba diving, water sports, snorkeling, various entertainment, and
numerous other activities are inclusive in the cost. We can also custom
tailor a package to fit just about any need, with our numerous programs. From
14 day holidays up to a year in fractional ownership, a program that is similar
to timeshare / time share. Once in a lifetime, or for a lifetime of
endless travel.
Vacation homes, cabin, stateroom, or suite accommodations on this level, range
in size from the smallest of 250 sq. ft., to the largest (M221P) at 3,270 sq.
ft. that boasts a private wrap around corner balcony of over 1,500 square feet,
and a living area of over 1,750 square feet. Every place onboard has
either a kitchen or kitchenette for your convenience. One bedroom and bathroom
to three or four bedrooms and bathrooms to suit family, in the utmost comfort.
Building pricing aboard the first of our twin hull liners is available by
selecting one of the floor plans footprint areas, and shows maximum passenger
occupancy, and price based on a two week itinerary. Maximum occupancy /
passengers, size, address, and various costs to buy are listed for each unit in
the price list. Vacationing residence costs for 2 weeks are averaged for
owners and includes maintenance fees. All other owner ship prices include
maintenance fees, and there are no property taxes.
