homes begin at 1/26 of a year (14 Days). Pricing on two week owner ships begin at
$11,610.01 including maintenance fee. Averaged prices on
cruise holiday's for owners onboard start at $145.13 per passenger per week, based on our
minimum itinerary and are inclusive of maintenance fees. You can
share owning a home, cabin, suite, or stateroom, for personal use or business. Choices are regional,
international, or global.
All of the resort residence
property for sale on the perimeter is oceanfront. The oceanfront balconies
have many different features. Some have an outdoor living room, some have
an outdoor family room, and others feature an outdoor kitchen, or all of the
above.
The largest home for sale in this area of
our family resorts is 3,270 sq ft. This property has three bedrooms, and a 1570 sq
ft oceanfront corner balcony.
Our club
membership fee is an additional cost. There are numerous items and
leisure activities inclusive in your membership. You can golf, scuba dive,
enjoy the water sports equipment, or go on an adventure. Go hunting, fishing, horseback riding, or
just enjoy the nature in one of our privately owned escapes. Hundreds and
thousands of acres around the world that you have access to as a member owner,
