with a standard occupancy of 2, and maximum occupancy of 4 passengers. The
floor plans of the resort residence above are of a 12' X 25' unit. This
floorplan is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout, a master bedroom with an island
bed, large closet with pull out drawers, standard custom kitchenette, built in
appliances, central living room area, and walk through four piece bathroom
facilities. The couch can be converted into additional sleeping
accommodations if there are more than two occupants. On this deck level
there are quarters from 200 square feet to estates as large as 950 square feet
and are about the size of a small condo or apartment. Our luxury resorts
have larger accommodations on decks I J M N and Q, if You require more space, or
would like an oceanfront unit with a private balcony.
Prices listed are based on building of our residential ocean liner that is
scheduled for delivery in 2009, and are subject to change without notice.
Pricing for cruises and vacations are inclusive of fees, all other programs,
including fractional ownership, the fees are included in the program price.
Compare to a cruise ship stateroom, suite, or cabin, our larger suites and
staterooms provide more space, features, and facilities as opposed to cabins on
smaller liners, boats, or ships so You can travel with increased comfort.
There are two hulls for more than double the comfort compared to single hulled
