The
floor plan of the vacation home above, is a unit approximately 12' X 17'. A 200 square
foot holiday residence with a maximum occupancy of 2 passengers. This floorplan is a one bedroom, one bathroom
layout. A private bedroom with an island bed and en-suite bathroom, a
kitchenette with built in designer appliances, and open to the cozy living room.
This unit has port hole windows and our exclusive view system, the best of
both worlds.
Pricing for cruises and vacations are averaged over 20 years to give
owners an idea of what their costs would be, inclusive of fees and what is included in them. The
costs or fees for maintaining the property are included in the program
price listed in all other programs including our fractional ownership.
If you like to travel, and want to see more of our world, we have the
ultimate ways of doing this. Our private resort residence club (
PRRC ) has more options and choices than all of the world's finest resorts
combined.
There is also the
opportunity of
being able to purchase properties aboard our liners, for a regional, an international or
a global cruise business. With our different types of owner ship, including
fractional ownership, our cruise business partner program is scaleable as
the building of each of our luxury liners is completed. |

The view from the
integrated monitor is an inclusive feature in all of
our vacationing homes, giving you the same view as a
porthole and more. Depending on what property you choose to reside
in, there is at least 1 monitor. The larger the property, the
greater the number of systems. |
