furnishings and integrated features.

is for 2 weeks use every year for the life of the liner, Est. at 100 years +,
and include maintenance fees.

- Two week Cruises / Vacations /
Holidays are averaged for owners over twenty years and inclusive of maintenance fees for that time period.

- Per person average, is the averaged
cost per 7 days per passenger based on 2 passengers & will lower with each additional
passenger in a residence.

- Fractional owner ship
is available for persons that want to live onboard for one month to 11 months
annually, or to own business property on board.

- None of the prices include
food, beverages, some port charges, land or air travel.
