of our cruises and vacations, we will be offering a vacation home ownership program, similar to
time share / timeshare, only on a minimum two week itinerary. Like
timeshares, only with two weeks annually to relax and enjoy your holiday
every year for the lifetime of the ocean liner.
Our fractional
ownership programs are not even close to timeshares.
Our fractionals are exclusive vacationing residences with luxury
features and amenities not found in time shares. Family homes, suites,
cabins, staterooms, and residences that can be acquired in annual fractions of
1/26 (14 days) or more. Our fractional ownerships are a great way to
travel every year to the same or different destinations, retirement, or to use as a
winter escape.
Prices for 14 days start at $584.97 per couple, inclusive of all maintenance fees
for owners, averaged over 20 years.
Pricing for fractionals start at $23,698.71 for a 1/13 (28 Day), including maintenance
fee. Life time - 14 day Cruise Owner Ship from $11,699.35.
In this area of the
liner there are places anywhere from 375 sq ft up to the largest at 1,250 sq ft.
One bedroom and bathroom to three bedrooms and bathrooms for family. A number
of suites and staterooms with oceanfront balconies, and a few of the
larger homes have a double private balcony. For convenience, each property
has a kitchen or kitchenette.
