Cruises - Vacations :
Regular cruises and
vacations from a minimum of two week travel itineraries will be
available to buy from our resort business partners, their designers or agents.
We will be visiting destinations in The Caribbean islands, the Mediterranean, Hawaii,
the South Pacific, the United States, Canada, South America, Europe,
and other global places. We have set our itineraries at 2 weeks
so we can stay longer at each destination, allowing you to relax and
enjoy each place we visit at leisure. |

Two Weeks for a Lifetime
: We are offering shared ownership programs similar to
timeshares / time shares, or mutual ownerships. However, there are
many differences between a timeshare and our owner ship programs. Our
annual vacations program will operate beginning on a minimum of 2 weeks.
This is extendable in 14 day increments, for as long as you need or want. You own it for a

Fractional Ownerships
:
With our fractional ownership program, you can begin at 1/26 of a year
annually, and go up, scaleable to what you want. Fractionals
with us are an ideal way of having a holiday home that is located
in many countries around the world. You can spend a month
living aboard, or six months, and only pay for the costs associated
with the term you own the fractional. You can use
the property every year as a winter escape, for retirement living, or a second home.

Private Residence Club :
Other property available at our clubs, with fractionals as an option to
buy. Ultra luxurious estates the size of a condo, apartment, palace, or a
mansion, 1,000 square feet to the largest at 6,100 square feet, or more. |

Cruise Business :
Anyone can own and operate a Cruise Business onboard, to provide unique and exclusive
cruising products with our owner ships. This can be either regional,
international, or global with our various ways of owning. Owners of
properties can select all of the products used in the building of their
vacation homes which will meet their requirements providing a unit is
reserved prior to the project advancement date of interior design.
After this progress date, the properties will be completed and we will build
them to our specifications.
Any oceanfront suite, residence, cabin, or stateroom with a balcony, terrace, or
veranda will have the option of
installing a plunge pool, or You and Your guests have access to the
many onboard pool facilities. |

What is included :
The inclusive
features, and what is not included. There are many items included in
the cost of our maintenance fees. There is golf, scuba
diving, water sports, entertainment and leisure activities, adventure, and
ocean liner travel. Club membership is additional but a minimal cost.

international restaurants are bundled together to provide convenience, and are accessible
from connoisseurs corridor in the aft section. |

A private residence club atmosphere and inclusive of quality amenities found in the
world's finest hotels. Our programs will operate on a minimum two week or
14 day itinerary, and our luxurious liners will voyage to
international destinations of the world accessible by sea. Cruises
to the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Hawaii and
the Hawaiian islands, south Pacific island escapes, transatlantic
voyages, always seeking the perfect climate and the best places to explore.
Visits to exclusive getaways around the world, and private island escapes
in a place you could only dream about. This is the best way to make
your dreams a reality and live your dream.
Our resort residences vary in size yet are inclusive of many features designed to make your
stay onboard as comfortable as possible. Each suite, stateroom,
or cabin, will be completely luxurized, and have a kitchen or kitchenette
for your convenience. There are choices of one bedroom and bathroom to
three bedrooms and bathrooms for families. There will be a dining area, a living
room, and a number of the outside units include a large oceanfront
balcony. All outside and inside units come standard with a porthole view system. |
