Our luxurious liners will travel to most areas of the world accessible by
sea, but only where the weather is next to being perfect, and where we can
supply our clients with the ultimate travel experience. Our
accommodations, and residences in this area of the deck level vary in size
from a few hundred square feet to over a thousand. There are places
the size of cabins to others the size of condos or apartments for family. Maximum occupancy
in our suites and staterooms is variable depending on the size. Each residence is inclusive of
many technology features to enhance your leisure time. Costs to buy a suite,
stateroom, or cabin are available by clicking the address of an area on
the image above, or by clicking on the resort residence club address
range. Prices are for aboard the first twin hull residential liner
in our fleet, and are subject to change. Each suite, cabin, or stateroom will have a kitchen or
kitchenette, one bedroom and bathroom to three bedrooms and bathrooms, a
dining area, a living room area, a private balcony, or an inner unit with a
full view system. |

Ocean Liner Cruises - Vacations :
Two week cruises and
vacations is our minimum itinerary, but some of the property owners will
be providing shorter intervals. Traveling and visits to destinations in
the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Hawaii, and the Hawaiian Islands,
tropical island paradises in the South Pacific seas, the United
States, Florida, California, Canada, South America, Europe, etc.. |

Two Weeks Annually for a Lifetime
: We have
vacation ownership programs similar to timeshares / time shares, or other mutual ownerships.
However, there are many differences between a timeshare and our mutual owner ships program.
Our vacations program will operate on a minimum two week itinerary, that can
be extended in 14 day intervals, for as long as you need. Escape the
winter for a couple of weeks, or for as many months as you want every year.
This type of tenure is available for our partner businesses to use as well in
their development and expansion plans. |

Fractional Ownership
:
With fractional ownership, our programs to own annual use of a property begin at
1/26 (14 day) or 1/13 (28 days) of a year and go up in various fractions. This type of
perpetual annual possession is completely scaleable to what you want, on a
fractioned basis. Our fractionals are a perfect way to own a second home or
winter home in many places where the weather is ideal. Owners of
cruising businesses in our complex can utilize fractionals to target
certain regions of the world they would prefer to do commerce, or develop
specific global markets. |

Private Residence Club :
Other properties available at our clubs with fractional ownerships as an option,
including estates and estate living quarters, plus other holiday
accommodations. Private residency at the finest resorts location
on earth, and the best place to live where you can discover what our
island earth has to offer. Whenever or wherever, anywhere and
everywhere accessible by the seven seas. |

Business at Sea :
Own and manage a cruise business at our resort onboard, provide unique and exclusive
cruising products with our owner ships. This can be local, regional,
international, or global. Purchasers can select all of the products
used in the building of their vacationing homes that meet their requirements.
This is providing a unit is ordered for building prior to the project date of interior
design completion. After this date, the properties will be
built and completed to our specifications. Our oceanfront accommodations with
a balcony - terrace - veranda - or lanai, have the option of installing
plunge pools, or you and your guests have access to the many onboard
pool facilities. |

No Condo fee, No Maintenance fees
:
Maintenance fees are
included. All utilities are metered, giving you the
exact costs of your stay. The use of alternative and renewable energy
supplies, reduce the over all cost to all residents, partners, passengers,
and guests. The expenses are based on 2 occupants, and will vary
depending on your lifestyle, the location, square footage, and type of
lodging. All maintenance is looked after for you. |

What is included :
The inclusive
features are golf, scuba diving, water sports, leisure and entertainment
activities, maintenance, and adventure. What is not included are food
and beverages, land, boat, jet, or air transportation. |

Culinations International Restaurants
: Our
international restaurants are all bundled together in one area for
convenience, and are accessible from connoisseurs corridor.
Other eateries, restaurant facilities, and cafes are located at the
promenade shopping center and other areas throughout
the complex. |
