Fractional Ownership of Vacation HomesOwning vacation homes on a fractional ownership basis shortens the amount of time you own the property compared with whole owning. This allows you to stay for the length of time you purchased every year. This can be anywhere from 1/26 (14 days) and up, scaleable to what you want for you and your family. Home choices we have available for vacations or cruise business in fractioned ownerships are located on ten different deck levels of our twin hull cruise liner. At our ocean resort, there are cabins from 200 square feet and up. There are suites from 250 square feet and up. Oceanfront stateroom with a private balcony, and staterooms on the inside with an oceanview. Accommodations for singles or couples, and family accommodations. One bedroom and one bathroom, or, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedroom and three bathroom, or, four bedrooms and four bathrooms or more for families. A place the size of a cabin, a condo, an apartment, a large home, a palace, or a mansion.
