Taxes, common fees, and other costs above the purchase price at these can be high. Purchasing in a pre-construction or pre-building development also gives you the opportunity to select the perfect location.

Our inventory is extensive, and as our initial twin hull cruise liner development reaches full sales, our next will be being built.  Our locations are beachfront, water front, oceanfront, and where it is always warm, mostly sunny, and comfortable.  Not too hot, and like a new cruise ship we can avoid typhoons, cyclones and hurricanes. But our two parallel hulls provide better stability in any weather.

You can also share owning a suite, a stateroom, a cabin, or a group of these to operate a regional, global or international business onboard.  Or you can share owning, and lease or rent the unit out when you are not using it.  You can collect income from rental of one, two, to as many rental units you want to own.  If you just want to own and have the units managed, we have a 10% management fee.
