If you are Canadian or live in North America you will easily be able to visit our complex and building site, to check on the progress of construction. We will only be traveling, and staying at places where it is mostly sunny and warm. There are no property taxes on the residences, villas, cabins, suites, or staterooms in our development. There are no hurricanes, so you don't have to worry about your investment when you are not there during hurricane season. You don't have to do anything, and we invented and developed the world's first place to live, where there are no maintenance or no condo fees.
