Cruise 2 weeks to a month or more
every year. There are a number of one two or three bedroom units,
available with the option of owning for personal use, to own for business, or
both. Multiple ways of being able to purchase any of our cabins, suites,
staterooms, or residences so you can take vacations every year, or operate a
global, regional or international venture. Depending on the number of
persons, we have a good selection of places to stay aboard, whether you are
single, a couple or a family, There are four different sizes of
staterooms for sale with a private oceanfront terrace / balcony at 550, 575,
675, and 1,600 sq ft, and five different sizes of suites without a private
balcony / terrace at 375, 400, 438, 500, and 1,000 sq ft. Each stateroom
is equipped with a kitchen complete with cooking facilities for your
convenience, plus a host of other inclusive features that will enhance your stay
onboard. Everything is first class, the accommodations, the hotel
services, and hospitality.
Based on owning and double
occupancy, average prices start at $302.89 per week - per passenger for a 375 sq
ft suite. If you are familiar with timeshare, our fractional ownership
programs are similar to time shares / timeshares, or mutual ownerships, but very
different in many aspects. Pricing for fractionals begin at 1/26 of a year
and can be custom tailored to various needs. A 1/26 shared interest in
owner ship of a property on deck level J starts at $11,721.11, giving you 14
days annual use. A 1/13 share begins at $29,302.78, giving you 28 days or
a month to live on board annually, and you own the share for a lifetime.
Shares are deeded, completely transferable, and can be willed to heirs in your
next generation.

other activities are inclusive in the maintenance fees for each vacation
residence. Prices for two week vacations and cruises include these fees
