We are offering ownership programs similar to time shares / timeshares, shared
or joint ownerships. These are where you own 2 weeks use, every year for a
lifetime. Fractional ownership can extend this even further and give the
property holder unique benefits as compared to other programs, with longer
vacations in a more luxurious atmosphere. The amenities offered while
living or vacationing aboard are numerous, and are devoted to the safety,
security, convenience, and satisfaction of all passengers or residents. No
need for a debit card, credit cards, or cash, when you live aboard, as all
transactions will be verified automatically by our integrated biometric security
system, and sent directly to the computer terminal located in each vacation
residence, penthouse, suite, estate, or quarter. Club activities and
onboard purchases are verified the same way, providing convenience, coupled with
advanced technology. Internet access is standard in all resort residences,
with an intranet linking each suite for ease of communication to various areas
of the complex. Not designed as a cruise ship, but being built as ocean
liner exclusive luxury resorts, with the most luxurious residences, from
penthouses, estates, homes, and estate quarters to exquisite oceanfront homes.
In our business owner ships program, we will not collect any additional income
from properties or business operators, other than the cost of maintaining and
operating our twin hull liners. Portions of surplus income generated from
other sources onboard our liners, or at our exclusive properties, and from our
private island escapes, will be used for helping the less fortunate,
humanitarian purposes, environment protection, and preservation of our oceans.
So, as you are vacationing, cruising, or living onboard and having a great time,
you are also contributing towards making the world a better place to live.
Ultimately, our clients have the option of contributing their services to
humanitarian efforts, or remaining as a contributor from contributions made
simply by being a resident, passenger or guest.
Due to the use of environmentally
friendly solar power, wind power, and hybrid alternative energy sources, the
cost to live here when you are away from home will be minimal. This is reflected
in our inclusive maintenance fees, with no condo fee, or property tax. Relax and
