In this selection, there are four
different sizes of property to choose from. The smaller properties have
one bedroom and bathroom. The larger properties have two bedrooms and
bathrooms. All units include a kitchen or kitchenette.
Other than our cruises and
vacations, we have cruise ownership programs that are similar to timeshare,
mutual or shared ownerships, but not timeshares. Unique programs, offering
versatile options in owning a residence onboard one of our luxurious ocean
liners, with the option of living aboard full time or in fractional ownership
periods. These charts show the different ranges in cost, depending on the
number of passengers living in each estate, cabin, stateroom, suite or
residence. If the number of occupants changes, this will change the cost
as well, but generally the average price per passenger for cruises will be less.
All rates are based on two week time periods, giving You what the projected cost
will be as owners for the first year if averaged over a 20 year term. If you
averaged your costs over a longer term the costs would be less.
Owning property aboard for a cruise
business can be in any of our programs. You can own anywhere from 2 weeks
annually and up. You can buy a single cabin, suite or stateroom, buy a
couple, or purchase a group of staterooms, cabins, or suites. You can
choose one region to operate in, international regions, or run a global resort
business. Accommodations onboard are available exclusively to owners or
our partners. Our partners can develop their businesses and provide
quality cruising and vacationing products to singles, couples, or family. |
