stateroom, or residence in our resorts area, these all include
interior designer
furnishings, a kitchen or kitchenette, and integrated technology features.
Two week Cruises / Holidays, are inclusive of maintenance fees for that time period and
averaged for owners.
The square footage for all of
our elegant residences includes the area of the balcony / terrace / veranda, if
built with one.
Ownerships start at 2 weeks every
year for the life of the liner, Est. at 100 years +, and includes maintenance
fees.
Per person average, is the
averaged cost per 7 days per passenger based on 2 passengers & will lower
with each additional passenger in a residence.
Fractional ownership is also available
for persons wanting to stay onboard for one month to as many months of a year
desired.
None of the prices on the
lists include food, beverage, port charges, land or air travel. For
